An active learner, Sachet is an engineer turned educator working towards introducing a hands on approach to education. Currently, serving as the Chief Operating Officer his organization, Karkhana, he works with middle school students to prepare them for the imminent Fourth Industrial Revolution. Before co-founding Karkhana with his colleagues, Sachet was involved in the group ‘Robotics Association of Nepal [RAN]’ from 2012 to 2015, working on encouraging tinkering and experimenting among robotics enthusiasts. Through RAN, they have organized annual event ‘Yantra’, which began as a robotics competition which has evolved into a art-tech exhibit. He believes making mistakes is a part of growing. Hence, the faster you fail, the greater the chances of you succeeding. Besides work, he likes playing futsal, basketball or working out.
