Our project aims to empower youth by equipping them with essential skills to enhance their employability and job readiness. For this purpose, we have successfully conducted a skill-up workshop aimed at enhancing the professional and technical skills of undergraduate students to make them job-ready. The workshop focused on four main areas: MS Excel tips and tricks, CV writing, understanding ChatGPT and Canva for designing. The event saw enthusiastic participation from over 15 students across various disciplines.

We have conducted a comprehensive skill-workshop aimed at enhancing the marketing and sales acumen of participants. The workshop covered essential topics such as product photography, storytelling and personal branding, decoding short-form content, the connection between sales and marketing, and navigating success in sales. This in-person event saw enthusiastic participation from young professionals and students eager to refine their skills and boost their career prospects.

We have also conducted sessions on topics such as personal finance, investment basics and avenues that help Shapers develop a habit of managing personal finances as part of our hub’s ‘Meet the Leader’ Series.
