An Excel Workshop Series for Women LEAD members began in 2015, aiming to develop eExcel skills in young women preparing to start preparing who were about to start their journey in the job market.careers. Every year, the sessions were conducted for a new cohort of Women LEADLead fellows.

Mastering and understanding Excel is an essential skill for anyone who wants to stand out in their workplace. Each Excel Workshop was conducted over a six-week period. The course covers everything from pivot tables, Boolean statements, charting, macros, and forms. A special emphasis was placed on learning how to form logic statements. Our Hub ran this course for three years and the project ended in 2017 after three cohorts completed the course. A total of 40 participants attended these workshops over the three years.
